I requisiti necessari per l’ammissibilità al club sono i seguenti:
- Possono associarsi i Professionisti, i Manager od i Titolari di Azienda che condividono le Linee Guida dei ClubIN ed il modus operandi di LiguriaIN;
- L’iscrizione è personale e non aziendale, non è quindi importante la dimensione dell’attività esercitata, ma bensì lo spirito e l’apertura mentale, unita alla volontà di partecipare in modo interattivo e costruttivo;
- Tutti gli associati devono essere eticamente corretti e devono operare con professionalità.
Soci Effettivi, coloro che:
- Sono iscritti su LinkedIN;
- Sono stati ammessi al Gruppo di LinkedIN ” Business Club 2.0 Liguria-IN, the Official CLUB-IN Supporter in Liguria“;
- Hanno pagato la Quota Annuale;
- Hanno comunicato i propri dati anagrafici;
- Partecipano alle inziative ufficiali del Club LiguriaIN;
- Il loro nominativo viene pubblicato nelle liste degli Aspiranti Soci e Soci Effettivi. Essi fanno parte della lista ufficiale dei Soci del Club LiguriaIN, come regolato da Statuto del Club;
- La partecipazione alla vita associativa del Club, alle serate di networking, al coinvolgimento nei working group ed alla frequentazione in generale degli eventi passa obbligatoriamente attraverso l’iscrizione all’Associazione e quindi all’ottenimento della qualifica di Socio Effettivo, fatto salva la partecipazione ad una sola iniziativa ufficiale dedicata ad un Aspirante Socio presentato da un Socio Effettivo (vedi sopra nel paragrafo Aspirate Socio)

- E’ federato al ClubIN e ne condivide completamente le linee ispiratrici;
- Ha l’ambizione di immettere la Liguria in un network di Business innovativo, moderno, spumeggiante e trasversale, sfruttando cio’ che il social network ha messo a disposizione a favore dello sviluppo delle relazioni, individuate negli esseri umani, portatori delle competenze e delle esperienze che sono importanti componenti per la crescita moderna delle nostre Aziende sul territorio;
- I soci di LiguriaIN condividono i principi etici come uno dei pilastri principali per il successo delle attività del Club;
- I soci e/o il Consiglio Direttivo di Liguria-IN promuovono progetti di Business territoriale, nazionale ed internazionale, coinvolgendo gli altri Club iscritti alla Federazione ClubIN, affidandone la gestione ad un socio responsabile denominato Working Group Manager (di seguito WGM);
- I WGM, figure importantissime all’interno del nostro Club, sono i soci responsabili delle aree di sviluppo progetti . Essi rappresentano l’espressione della concreta operatività del Club sui Business/Progetti, che possono essere proposti da qualsiasi socio del Club e successivamente analizzati ed approvati dal Consiglio Direttivo . Il numero dei Working Group Managers varia a seconda dei progetti in corso d’opera. Alcune aree di Working Group non hanno scadenza in quanto raccolgono la gestione di aree operative dedicate alla gestione del Club (es. Web&Multimedia);
- I soci e/o il Consiglio Direttivo di Liguria-IN promuovono progetti di carattere sociale con l’obiettivo di sostenere gli esseri umani più deboli, nobilitandoli attraverso iniziative di carattere imprenditoriale e sociale.
